ROLE
I worked on a small team of researchers to answer the questions:
Are we putting our students first?
What is preventing them from completing their courses?
Using methodologies such as student interviews, usability testing, and card-sorting workshops, we evaluated whether the current direction of the product was meeting users’ needs. We presented our findings and recommended solutions in a company-wide all hands.
